Hi Friends,
My mom stumbled upon this blog a few weeks ago and really enjoys it. It’s called Curb Appeal in Sleepy Hollow. She has sent many of the posts to her BFF. A lot of the posts really touch mom – they are about being a mom of teenagers and the sentiments the author shares are so real. They are really touching and mom appreciates her honesty.
This post in particular is a favourite of hers “Teendom and Me”
“When you are a parent of a teen, time morphs in to something else entirely. Imagine becoming a concierge to a clientele who often have very few manners- if any at all.”

I LOVE Curb Appeal in Sleepy Hollow too! I am not a Mom, but it’s the humanity, wit, wonderful writing and beautiful photography of Dorothy Handleman that speak to ANY reader. This blog is a GEM….like Sunshine in the morning.
I totally agree with your Mom…I love this blog. While I’m not a Mom, I still find the “reports” so honestly refreshing. The writing is witty, and the photography is beautiful….even a photo of a stack of laundry. This blog feels like sunshine in the morning!
